Mavora Lakes and Walter Peak - March 2023
Despite a substandard weather forecast (22mm of rain) we set off for the weekend at Mavora Lakes towing the camper trailer behind the bus as sleeping quarters for our friends, Davide & Andrea, who were joining us from Wanaka. Upon arrival we found a sheltered site near the swingbridge at the Mavora Lakes Campsite (north). We highly suspect that this is the same spot we chose in 2008!
